Ready for the training at Steiert?
Entry level internship.
After school I had no plan. A friend recommended me an internship at Steiert. Then I went there – and stayed there. Producing an injection mold is something very special. You can't even imagine it if you haven't experienced it yourself. Exciting!

Who is already doing training today? I!!! And I'm proud of it. This is exactly the right mix between theory and practice. Of course there is a lot to learn. But it's fun. The training gives me security. Standing on your own two feet – that’s my world.

What do I like best about the training? There's something new every day. A demanding training course in which you learn a lot. And when my colleagues say that I did a good job, that's great and motivates me a lot. And I also receive a lot of recognition from my superiors.
