A lot of passion and the permanent urge to create the perfect product ensured that Karl-Heinz Steiert set on his own business on 1 March 1980 – at the same time the birth of Steiert Präzisionsformenbau GmbH in Simonswald in the Black Forest. Today, we offer jobs to more than 60 highly- qualified people. The family business is managed in the second generation by the daughter Birgit Baumer-Steiert as managing partner and her husband Torsten Baumer as managing director.
Connected to tradition without losing the sight of the future. We place great emphasis on Black Forest craftmanship tradition: Watchmakers, precision mechanics, inventors – they all have shaped the economic development of our region. Their will for precision, the permanent demand to always find the best solution, the immense skilled craftmanship are our daily incentive for our actions.
Typical for the development of the company is the constant growth at the location in Simonswald. What began in small rooms has grown, due to several company expansions, into a mold shop that develops, designs, produces, samples, and supports on more than 9.000 m². A mold shop which is fully air-conditioned and equipped with the most modern production facilities. Creativity, precision, and reliability are the attributes which determine our careful actions every day.
