The Steiert principle creates a 100 percent fitting accuracy for the customer when replacing mold cavities. This means for our customers:
- Remove the Steiert cavity from the mold.
- Insert the new Steiert cavity without adjustments.
- Continue to produce in series with the full number of cavities in absolute reproducibility.
Downtimes in production are reduced to a minimum. This is particularly important for customers manufacturing on the basis of the same mold in different countries of the world. For this purpose, the cavities of a mold concept with several molds can even be exchanged among each other.
