At the start of the celebration, senior manager Karl-Heinz Steiert welcomed the guests with a personal address. Following this, Birgit Bauer-Steiert (Managing Partner) acknowledged the company's development over four decades.
She emphasized the importance of the contributions and experience of long-serving employees to the company. Their recognition was a special part of the program. The following employees were honored: Manfred Schindler for 35 years with the company, Martin Herr (30 years), Marcel Fix (25 years), Wilhelm Hug (25 years), Renate Ruf (15 years), and Hendrik Rombach (10 years). Each received a certificate of honor from the Chamber of Skilled Crafts and a gift from the company.
Special mention was made of Karl-Heinz Stratz, who retired a few years ago but still regularly supports the company with special projects. He has thus reached 40 years of service.
The date of the anniversary and year-end celebration is very special: it coincides with the 75th birthday of company founder Karl-Heinz Steiert. The fact that he celebrated his milestone birthday together with his employees and long-time associates demonstrates the deep connection the Steiert family has with them.
