Steiert technical center
The Steiert technical center has existed since 2005 and has been an integral part of our supply chain ever since. The completely autarkically designed area covers a total area of 900 square metres and, like the entire mold production, is fully air-conditioned.
Alternatively, sampling or pilot series production of Steiert molds can be carried out on our premises. Injection molding machines with clamping forces of 80 to 280 tonnes are available for this purpose. Of course, we support SAT on our customer's premises. At the same time, the Steiert technical center offers an area for the system assembly of customer machines, for example, to be able to carry out commissioning according to FAT (Factory Acceptance Tests).
Because we know that sampling and commissioning sometimes represent very sensitive processes and are often subject to secrecy, our technical center is spatially designed as an isolated solution – as a factory-in-factory solution. Customers can use the entire infrastructure:
- Several places for system superstructures with all connections
- Injection molding machines with clamping forces from 80 to 280 tonnes
- Own offices with own office communication
- Self-contained kitchen
- Separate sanitary facilities
